Scripted sample

This is a scripted simulation, not a live assistant. Pick a message, follow the flow, and see how a reply, intake and booking could look. Try the urgent one too: it shows what happens when a message shouldn't be answered by software. Use made-up details only.
A scripted simulation of the flow, not the live assistant. Nothing you type is sent or stored.

The problem
Enquiries arrive when your office is closed. By Monday, they may have booked someone else.
Research on online leads found most companies don't respond nearly fast enough. Harvard Business Review, 2011 ↗
Leads come in from everywhere, all hours.
How it works
A lead messages. WeSet answers.
Web form, text or WhatsApp, at any hour. It replies in writing, answers the common questions your firm has approved, and says clearly that it isn't an attorney.
It takes the case details
The details your firm has agreed to collect before a consultation. Anything urgent or sensitive is flagged to a person instead.
The consultation lands on your calendar
It offers times and books one, or flags a human follow-up, and attaches the whole conversation so your attorney isn't reading it cold.
The part nobody else admits
A bot that confidently guesses at a custom quote costs you more than the lead it was trying to save. WeSet is built with a hard edge around what it will answer. Past that edge it stops, says a human is picking this up, and puts it in front of you, with the whole conversation attached, so you're never reading a thread cold.
Answers on its own
Hours, location, services, availability, rough pricing, what to bring. The repetitive questions that stand between a lead and a booking.
Stops and hands off
Custom quotes, anything sensitive or emotional, complaints, disputes, edge cases outside what you taught it, and anything it simply isn't confident about.
Logs it either way
Every handoff is recorded with the reason, the timestamp and the full transcript. You can see exactly what it said before it stopped.
“What would you charge for a job this size?”
Escalated: custom quote. Needs a human number.
“I'm not happy with the last visit.”
Escalated: complaint. Not a bot conversation.
“Are you open Sunday?”
Answered: booked for 10:30 Monday.

What we can show you today.
A working product you can watch, conversations you can read, and research we link to rather than paraphrase.
Read a full exchange
Written for our demo build, in English and Spanish. They are samples, not client conversations.
Speed to lead is studied
Researchers who studied how fast companies respond to online leads concluded that most are not responding nearly fast enough.
You approve before it runs alone
At first it drafts and you approve every reply, so you read how it answers before a client does.
No vague "trusted partners"
Every provider that touches a message, including Anthropic and Meta, is named on the privacy page.

Who's behind it
Hi, I'm Marium. I built WeSet.
I designed the whole flow: the first reply, the questions it asks, the booking, and the handoff to a person when a message shouldn't be answered by software. I set up and look after every firm's account myself.
WeSet is deliberately narrow. It handles written enquiries (web forms, texts and WhatsApp) for immigration firms, and it does not give legal advice or answer phone calls. If you email or book a call, you're talking to the person who built it.
Questions
The things people ask before they book a fit review.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly. You'll get a straight answer from a person.
Book a 15-minute fit review →Does it give legal advice?
No, and it is built not to. It says plainly that it is not an attorney. If someone asks whether they qualify, what their case is worth or what to file, it says it cannot answer that and books a consultation with your attorney instead. It also never estimates case value or predicts an outcome.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers what you have taught it, such as hours, services, rough pricing and availability, and it stops when it is unsure. At first it runs alongside you and drafts replies you approve, so you read how it answers before it answers alone. Every conversation and every handoff is logged with the transcript, so a mistake can be found and fixed. We cannot promise software is never wrong. That is why it starts with you approving replies.
What does it answer, and what does it hand off?
It answers the repetitive things people ask before they'll book: hours, location, what you offer, rough pricing, availability. On anything high-stakes (a custom quote, a complaint, a sensitive situation, or a question it isn't confident about) it stops, tells the person a human is picking it up, and passes it to you with the full conversation attached.
What happens to my customers' data?
Your firm is the controller and we act on its instructions. Each conversation is logged to a Google Sheet in your firm's own Google account, and bookings go to your calendar. The message content is also processed, while it is handled, by the providers named on our privacy page: Anthropic for the replies, Meta for WhatsApp, and n8n for the automation, which keeps technical run records for 30 days. Access on our side is limited to the people who need it to run and support your account. We don't sell data, never use your conversations to train models, and you can ask us to delete a conversation or the whole account at any time.
How long does setup take?
Usually 6 to 7 days, plus a few extra days if your WhatsApp Business account still needs to be verified by Meta. We connect WeSet to your forms, WhatsApp and texts, teach it your hours, services and pricing, then run it alongside you for a few days before it answers on its own.
Does it work after hours and on weekends?
Yes. WeSet runs 24/7, so leads that arrive at night, on weekends, or during holidays get a written reply, and a booking offer or a flag for human follow-up, instead of waiting until you reopen. This applies to written enquiries only, not phone calls.
Which channels does it work on?
Web forms, website chat, WhatsApp and SMS. It handles text-based conversations across the places your leads already message you.
Which languages does it speak?
English, plus one other language you choose. You pick it during setup based on who actually messages you: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Polish, whatever your enquiries arrive in. It answers natively in that language rather than translating English word for word, and it replies in whichever of the two the person wrote in. If you need more than one extra language, tell us on the call and we'll quote it.
What does it cost?
Both plans include a 14-day free trial that starts the day your assistant goes live, after the 6 to 7 day setup, and nothing is charged during it. If you continue, the one-time setup fee ($450 or $500, depending on the plan) and the first month's retainer ($100 or $200) are invoiced when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The retainer is what keeps it running: monitoring, fixes, platform and API updates, WhatsApp upkeep and changes to what the assistant knows about your firm. Message and AI usage runs on your own accounts and is paid by you directly, so the retainer stays the same however busy you are. Both plans are month-to-month: no seat minimums, no annual lock-in, and no per-minute billing.
Is this a phone answering service?
No, and we'd rather say so up front. WeSet handles written conversations: web forms, website chat, WhatsApp and SMS. If someone rings your office, it won't pick up the phone. Plenty of businesses find most of their after-hours enquiries arrive in writing anyway, but if your leads mainly call, a phone answering service is the better buy and we'll say so on the call.
Written enquiries keep arriving after you close.
Fifteen minutes to check whether written after-hours intake fits your firm, or whether most of your enquiries arrive as phone calls, in which case we'll say so. Setup takes 6 to 7 days, plus a few more if WhatsApp verification is still pending.
