Pricing
Simple pricing. No lock-in.
The 14-day free trial starts the day your assistant goes live, after the 6 to 7 day setup. Nothing is charged during it. If you continue, the one-time setup ($450 or $500, depending on the plan) and the first month’s retainer are invoiced when the trial ends. The retainer keeps it all running: monitoring, platform and API updates, and changes to what it knows about your firm. No per-minute billing, no per-message billing. Month-to-month: if it stops earning its keep, give us 30 days and it stops.

What the retainer is
You're paying for it to keep working, not for a chatbot.
The assistant is the visible part. Behind it sit the connections, accounts and rules that quietly break or go stale when nobody owns them. The retainer is us owning them, so your intake works on the night it matters.
Platform and API updates
WhatsApp, the automation layer and the AI model all change underneath you. We keep the connections working and move you onto new versions before old ones are switched off.
WhatsApp upkeep
Message templates, approvals, quality rating and Meta's policy changes. A suspended or throttled number means no replies, so someone has to watch it.
Monitoring and fixes
Every workflow is watched. When a form stops delivering, a calendar disconnects or an integration breaks, we find it and fix it, ideally before you notice.
Knowledge base changes
New fees, new hours, a new attorney, a practice area you stopped taking. Tell us and the assistant answers the new way.
Fixes when it slips
If it answers something wrong or a handoff misfires, tell us and we tighten the answers, the screening and the escalation rules.
Security and records
Access kept tight, keys rotated, workflow configuration backed up, and a log you can audit of every handoff and every refusal.
What the retainer doesn't include
Message and AI usage runs on your own accounts and is paid by you directly, at the provider's rates. That's why the retainer stays the same however busy you are: you're paying us for the work, not marking up the usage.
What setup covers
Connecting your form, setting up WhatsApp (and SMS and the follow-up automations on Growth), teaching it your firm's questions and answers, your booking and handoff rules, and testing it before it answers a real client.
Nothing here is a contract until you sign one, and there is no annual commitment on either plan.
Wondering what missed enquiries cost your firm? The lead-loss calculator runs in your browser on the numbers you type in. We make no claims about what other providers charge: check any alternative against its own current terms.
Not sure which one you need?
Book fifteen minutes. Tell us roughly how many enquiries you get a month and where they land, and we'll tell you which plan fits, including if the answer is neither.
