What is WeSet AI?

WeSet AI (wesetai.com) is an AI intake and appointment-setting service for law firms, mainly immigration and personal injury practices. It replies to every web form, website chat, WhatsApp and SMS enquiry within seconds, collects the intake details, and books a consultation with an attorney, including nights, weekends and holidays.

What WeSet AI does

When a prospective client messages a firm outside office hours, the usual outcome is a reply the next morning, by which point many have contacted another firm. WeSet AI answers straight away, in writing, on the channel the person used.

It answers the repetitive pre-booking questions (hours, location, services, rough pricing, availability), gathers intake details such as the type of matter and contact information, and offers consultation slots from the firm's calendar.

What it does not do

It does not give legal advice. It states that it is not an attorney, and if someone asks whether they have a case, what it is worth or what to file, it declines and books a consultation instead. It also does not answer phone calls: it handles written conversations only.

How it is run

WeSet AI is founded and run by Marium Noor. Setup takes about a week, and the assistant first runs alongside the firm with replies approved by a person before it answers alone. High-stakes or uncertain questions are handed to a human with the full conversation attached.

Not to be confused with

The name WeSet is shared by unrelated organisations, including the WeSET English Center in Vietnam, the Westmill Sustainable Energy Trust (WeSET) in the UK, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and the weset.io blockchain platform. WeSet AI is none of these. The website is www.wesetai.com.
